New Deal was different from its predecessor because:

A) The New Deal relied on congressional legislation to enact reforms.

Explanation:

New Deal was a controversial part of the laws introduced by Franklin D Roosevelt in the lead up to the time of the second world war and it was certainly one that the President had to work the hardest for.

This law meant that the Congress was reptile solely for the legislation of any law and not even the court would be able to challenge their said laws.

This was gotten passed with many difficulties but ultimately Roosevelt had succeeded.
