The answer is post-conventional stage of moral development. This is set apart by a developing acknowledgment that people are separate substances from society, and that the person's own particular point of view may overshadow society's view; people may ignore rules conflicting with their own particular standards. Post-ordinary moralists live by their own moral standards—rules that commonly incorporate such fundamental human rights as life, freedom, and equity.

In Piaget's theory of childhood development, this demonstrates egocentrism.
The child is observing the world through her own eyes, according to what is happening to her. She knows that a pacifier and a rattle help her when she is sick, so she thinks the same things will help her mom get better. She is unable to realize that what is good for her may not be good for others.

A pictograph is a character that represents an idea...true or false?
Novosadov [1.4K]
A pictograph is a graphic representation of something. It is used in ancient times as a means of writing. Pictographs are direct representation of tangible or visible things. For example, I can daw a picture of a cow. That cow on paper could be a pictograph of a real cow. However, if the symbol already represents an idea, it's called an ideogram. For example, if I want to illustrate love, I can draw a heart shape. I can't see or touch love. I know that the human isn't shaped like in the drawing. However, I know the symbol represents the idea of love.

The answer: FALSE. Ideograms represents an idea.
