Neil didn't leave the tip till after taxes were added...so lets add the tax
7.5% tax....64 + 0.075(64) = 64 + 4.80(tax) = 68.80
now the tip (gratuity)....15%...
68.80 + 0.15(68.80) = 68.80 + 10.32(tip) = 79.12 <== total bill
