According to what I've heard, surfing in Southern California is the thing to do when you're not doing other Californian things. This is probably because there are so many beaches and the weather is perfect for being in the water and hanging out outside.
However, Alaska is much different. It's not nearly as close to the equator, making it very cold and makes the water often too icy to even tolerate. I doubt that anyone would want to buy a surfboard in Alaska unless they were going to use at wall decor or something.
So, the demand for surfboards in Southern California will definitely be more than that in Alaska.
this is because in alaksa there arent beaches to go surfing on and its a lot colder there. where as in california there are always beaches and its mostly hot there.
Because Africa is such a hot continent, lots of water gets dried up and evaporate. If we could have a better irrigation system and use rivers from around the continent, Africa could potentially start farming with the water they gain from the improved irrigation system.
