Unfortunately this is a complicated question with no clear answer. It is impossible to count every individual cell, or even get a very close estimate. However based upon weight, volume, and a variety of other factors there is believed to be perhaps some 30 Trillion cells. This however is according to what I have learned, and what many other have learned and interpreted. Who knows there could be Quadrillions or Trillions.

Well its kinda like, if u have dirty dishes in other words missing or late assignments you feel held back but once you wash those dishes you feel free and motivated to keep washing those dishes (doing your work and getting it in on time) hope this helps
