Step 1: Observation In this case, we have already provided the Bouba-Kiki Effect phenomenon for you. Had you been a linguist (a

person who studies language), you might have noticed the Effect on your own and decided you wanted to learn more about it. Step 2: Research Briefly research the Bouba-Kiki Effect using the Internet. Learn more about Köhler, the experiment, and the results. What are the observations and ideas that you have of Bouba and Kiki just by looking at the shapes? Which words would you use to label each shape? Step 3: Hypothesis Write a hypothesis after you have finished reading about the Bouba-Kiki Effect. What do you predict? Which shape do you think people will most commonly label as Bouba? Which shape will most often be called Kiki? Do you think that each shape will be equally labeled by all people?

Answer:

thesis statement - a sentence that expresses the central idea of an essay

The thesis statement is the topic sentence of the whole essay. It gives the essay a focus, purpose, and direction.

Introductory hook - an attention-grabbing technique found in the opening section of an essay

The opening section of something is the introduction. The hook gets the reader interested and wanting to read on. A bad hook makes the reader feel as though the essay has nothing to offer.

Diction - the choice of words appropriate to the topic and audience

Diction is about word choice. It is important to choose the words that best fit the topic and audience. A scientific essay should use key scientific terms while a piece of writing to a friend would have more informal words and possibly slang.

Transitions - cohesive devices that help in the smooth flow of ideas in an essay.

Transition words help ideas transition from one to another. Some helpful transition words are first, second, next, instead, and in conclusion.

The view mode which allows you to see exact proportions without the distortion of a vanishing
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

A. Orthographic mode

Explanation:

Orthographic mode presents an orthographic projection that shows us detailed proportions of the object. It is used to present the three-dimensional proportions in two-dimensional settings.

The lines are parallel and the model presents the parallel projection. This means that the lines which are parallel never cross, unlike in the perspective mode. Using both of these and switching between them helps you get a better vision of the object while modeling it.

Interpretation deals with the question "What does the writer say " true or false
Phoenix [80]
It is true that interpretation deals with the question "What does the writer say". When you want to interpret something, or get to the bottom of a piece of literature, you want to ask yourself what the writer wanted to say when he was writing it.
