Great Britain was fully industrialized with it's cities having smoke coming out of it's factories from as far as your eyes can see and making materials and products that were traded almost all over the world. Unlike Britain, Russia was the complete opposite. Russia was a mostly had agricultual economy with a serfdom system that was more than 200 years old, having little to no factories and it's products, materials, etc coming from industrialized countries like Britain, France and the various German states at the time.

Answer:

The government played an important part in promoting industrialization in Russia, while individual businesses played a Bigger role in Great Britain.

Explanation:

Russia’s industrial revolution came  later than t other countries in Europe because its its agricultural based economy, geography,  poor-developed transportation system, as well as the industrial and economic growth stopped  due to wars.

Russia was a large country with a mainly agricultural economy and czars did nothing to help the people. This lead  in the lasting system of serfdom. under serfdom, all land was owned by Church, monarchs. and landowners

The Beginning of Industrialization in Britain. many different elements contributed to the rise of the Industrial Revolution in Britain, such as access to raw materials, trade routes and partners, The new inventions, social changes, and a stable government all gave the way for Britain to become a country driven industry.

Explanation:

The Enlightment works were reflected in the American Independence, although through the most conservative lens. The Social Contract as theorized by Rousseau, was based on the notion that all rulers shall submit to the sovereign, the people.
