Jefferson was more worried about an overbearing government than groups. For Jefferson, intermittent wrong was something that we should live with, as opposed to submit to an administration that unavoidably and hopelessly makes abusive conditions. He had no issue with groups. Jefferson trusted all around educated subjects with their own particular government.

The twelve gods of Olympus are the most famous ones and were indeed at the center of the ancient Greek religion. However, there were many more than the twelve, and many of them were rulers of the cosmos before the well-known Olympians.
