This was known as the Equal Rights Amendment.

This law has been proposed several times throughout American history. However, Congress has never had enough votes to get it passed through the House of Representatives and the Senate at the same time. To this day, it is still NOT part of the United States Constitution.

Is it fair that third party candidates take away from the two political parties why or why not
mrs_skeptik [129]

Answer:

it is fair, third party candidates decide who to vote for so there would be a competition between the Democratic party and the Republican party it is also not fair because even though you can vote for a third party candidate, they cannot win the election so if you vote for a third party candidate, you are basically wasting your vote.

Explanation:

My answer is no, it is not fair and for example, the 2016 election, we had our Democrat: Hillary Clinton and our Republican: Donald Trump, and then we had a third party candidate: which was D88z N8ts funny ig but he was voted by over 9% of people who voted in the election, therefore people wasted their vote on him just to be funny i guess but those votes could have gone to another candidate.

Who supported Andrew Jackson in the election of 1828?
kenny6666 [7]

Answer:

B. the common man

Explanation:

Andrew Jackson who ran for presidency in 1828, had a campaign in which he gave prime attention to the interests of the common man.

He shared the same feelings with the common man and had among his plans, the removal of the national bank, which he believed was a tool for the rich to dominate over the common man.

The campaigns of Andrew Jackson and his election into presidency brought in a new era that was dominated by the common man.

The fact that Jackson came from a poor background made the common man feel he was one of them and therefore support him.
