bladder infection because her insurance will not pay for R/O diagnosis in fact she tested negative for infection but the position placed her on anabiotic‘s anyway what do you do ?

You tell her as a doctor that it is her medical record and it must be kept confidential. You report only what the patient wants you to, but do not lie.
