Hello! One of the strongest materials out there today is steel. Steel is very firm and when in large amounts, often not able to be bent! Which is amazing for a natural disaster. Steel is also very cheap which makes it another good option to support a building.

Some people don’t produce as much as others. If you are lactose intolerant, it means your body doesn’t produce a lot of lactase. One option is to drink milk with lactase added to it.
