Answer:

D: In 1903, two brothers, Orcille and Wilbur Wright, made history by flying an airplane at Litty Hawk.

Explanation:

The sentence presented in option D combines the two sentences with an appositive phrase. An appositive phase , as shown in this sentence, is placed inside commas, and has the purpose of providing further information about a noun. In this case, "Orville and Wilbur Wright" adds information about the noun "brothers."

Which detail in exploring the titanic best helps the reader figure out what bridge is?
OverLord2011 [107]

Hello there! I believe the best option answer is A) It has a flat and outline it is the middle of the ship.

In option A, it explains how the object "has a flat and outline it is the middle of the ship". This helps you picture what it looks like, and where it is. The other options involve characters (the ocean and the captain) interacting with it, but not what it is.

I hope this helps, have a great day!

1. The main character in each story in this unit is an ordinary person who faces extraordinary circumstances he or she cannot co
olga_2 [115]

Well, you're going to talk about the conflicts in The Lottery and The Lady or the Tiger... So... in The Lottery, the main conflict was that the lady (whatever her name was) was chosen to be stoned in the lottery. It wasn't really resolved in anyway, except that she got.. stoned. I haven't read The Lady or the Tiger, but you would do the same thing for that. Then you would state the theme, or moral, or main point, of each story. And then you would compare how the resolutions for both conflicts demonstrate the stories' themes.. Does it make a bit more sense?

Which sentence has an adjective clause?
Sergio [31]
The sentence that has an adjective clause is the third one - Liz, who could always make people laugh, was loved by the whole block.
Here, the adjective clause is who could always make people laugh, because it describes the subject, Liz.
The other sentences have only adverb clauses.
