The separation of powers and checks and balances grants each branch of government with their own limits of power. This prevents tyranny because the other branches will check the one branch's limits on the power and stop it before it gets out of hand.

zhenek [66]
The correct answer is <span>avoid situations where Javier will light a cigarette to avoid conditioned stimuli.
I don't think he should stop seeing his friend just because he doesn't want to stop smoking - if he can ask him nicely not to smoke when they are together, then they can continue hanging out without Blake craving a cigarette himself. What he should do is create situations where he can hang out with his friend without him wanting to light a cigarette.

Michael cut the nobleman's leather into two
Elis [28]

Answer:

because he already knows what will happen in future

Explanation:

In the book titled "What Men Live By" written by Leo Tolstoy in 1885. Michael cut the nobleman's leather into two "because he already knows what will happen in the future."

This is evident in the fact that Michael is a fallen Angel who God has made human for his disobedience.

To become Angel again, he must answer three philosophical questions. Among which is the question of "What is not given to man?" Which deals with the foreseen death of the nobleman.

Thereby, knowing the noble mam would die, instead of making the thick leather boot, he made a pair of soft leather slippers.
