Answer:

Simply aerobic uses oxygen whereas anaerobic does not

Explanation:

Aerobic respiration of an animal cell goes through glycolysis and then the krebs cycle to produce ATP whereas anaerobic goes through glycolysis and then fermentation producing ATP (in a lesser amount compared to aerobic) and lactic acid.
