Answer:

When the boundary line is dashed it means that it is greater than or less than. When the boundary line is solid it means that it is greater than or equal to or less than or equal to.

Dashed line = < or >

Solid line = ≤ or ≥

I hope this helps!

Boundary lines are dotted whenever the sign is strictly greater than or less than.

The only reason a line is not dashed would be that it would be equal to. A quick way to remember this would be that the extra line provided to make it equal would fill in the blanks. Hope this tip helps you, helped me ace many tests!

Find the diameter of the circle with the given circumference. Use 3.14 for π(PI).
disa [49]

Answer:

Diameter = 8.28

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Solve for r

2*3.14*r = 26 / 2

3.14r / 3.14 = 13 / 3.14

r = 4.14

Step 2: Find the diameter by multiplying the radius by 2

r = 4.14

d = 4.14 * 2

d = 8.28

Answer: Diameter = 8.28

Aleksandr [31]

Given that Dan borrowed $1,250.00 from his brother who is charging him 5% simple interest. Now we have to find the total payment that he needs to payback including interest. Hence we can use simple interest formula

I=PRT

Where P= 1250

R=5% =0.05

T=18 months = 18/12 = 1.5 years

Now plug these values into above formula

I=PRT=1250*0.05*1.5=93.75

So total payment including interest = 1250+93.75=1343.75

Hence final answer is $1343.75.
