Take her 30 minutes of tv out of 6:00 (6:00-30=5:30). Then take out her 15 minute snack break (5:30-15=5:15). Finally take out her 45 minutes of practice (5:15-15=5:00, 5:00-30=4:30). Katie started practicing at 4:30 :)
