Answer: Women were a major part of several reform movements of the 1800s and early 1900s. These reform movements sought to promote basic changes in American society, including the abolition of slavery, education reform, prison reform, women's rights, and temperance (opposition to alcohol).

Rackham defines locus of control as the extent to which people perceive that they have control over events that occur.
castortr0y [4]

This statement is "False".

A man having an internal locus of control trusts that he or she can impact occasions and their results, while somebody with an external locus of control faults outside powers for everything. This idea was uncovered in the 1950's by Julian Rotter. Individuals who build up an internal locus of control trust that they are in charge of their own prosperity. Those with an external locus of control trust that outer powers, similar to luckiness, decide their results.

Would a Greek-style democratic system work in modern-day America? Explain your answer.
katovenus [111]
I don’t believe a Greek-style Democratic system would work in our day and age, because their system involved the getting together of all enfranchised citizens, and there are way too many people in our country and not enough space in one place to hold a meeting that large. Hope this helps.
