I would say YES!! We are not in a 3rd world country... we are quite pampered compared to most countries... we are this way bc we have made guidelines and rules that protect, satisfy and "make us safe ". It evens the scale and I think it's just right! Plus we do have A LOT of FREEDOMS. maybe not to you but from a starving child in Kenya we are spoiled rich.
OUR RULES HAVE MADE AMERICA GREAT!
That might be why we are such a successful country! Well... that and it's "based" on God( well at least back then ). But the people not so much anymore...

What this map tells you is that Mongolia has a hard time getting supplied with water, or they don't have a lot of places to get water. The people of Mongolia would have to get their water from other countries through trades of purchase.
