I dont think so. If ur citing from a book, newspaper.... everything should be written the same as what the book says. Hope it helps :)
If you know anyone who speaks tamil, practice with them! Also, I find watching and listening to songs and movies helps with pronunciation.
If your unable to get in contact with someone who does speak Russian to give one on one classes you could do online classes , there are many websites and videos and you could get books from the library
