How were the Andean and midlatitude countries challenged after gaining independence?

After independence, the economies of the region remained tied to countries outside South America.

Their economies remained tightened.

After gaining independence the midlatitude and Andean countries their economic remained very tightened.

Mid Latitude countries their climate was very moderate compared to Andean.

Some of the countries which were found in midlatitude include; paraguay, Argentina, and Uruguay.

In Andean their mountains were the ones which had largest range in the world and in the western hemisphere they were the tallest with with cordilleras.

Traditional warfare does not rely on fear and it's goals are to destroy military targets and other things that are useful o the enemy (in total war).
