C is the only sentence with a transitive verb. Transitive verbs are very common in everyday speech.

Here, we could give our points of view and maybe build something together: directors, teachers and students. Second of all, you should explain the reason why you make a rule, students do not want to break rules, they just want to understand why each rule exist and understand that is not just a whim.
