Are there any sound devices (alliteration, assonance, onomatopoeia, rhyme, rhythm) in this poem and what is their effect?
PSYCHO15rus [73]
Alliteration (which is the occurrence of the same work/letter one after the other) isn't in this particular poem, while assonance (occurrence of similar sounds in nearby words) exists only rarely. For example, "tucking you in and kissing you", and "<span>listening and laughing and asking</span>" follow the poetic device of assonance. This allows for a strong rhythm to be established. Additionally, the rhythm and flow of the poem achieved by the structure of the poem, which allows for the emotions of yearning and remembrance to be evoked and understood.

Poems of passage: booth, Collins, lorde
Bingel [31]
It might be said that the first lesson of the poem is to float on one´s back (option A)  It seems that a father is teaching his daughter to swim on her back. This can be inferred by the use of certain words such as "Lie back daughter" "spread your arms wide". It also might be understood that the lesson is deep that that, It might suggest a father letting her daughter go, letting her be because she is going to be safe.

Words can be broken down into phonemes. Words can be broken down into morphemes. Sentences can be broken down into constituents
KonstantinChe [14]

Answer:

b. Discreteness

Explanation:

Displacement is how a language is capable of talking about things that are not immediately present. Duality is an old concept which believed that language was organized in two levels. Productivity is about how language can produce an infinite combination of sounds and meanings, basically.

Finally, discreteness is about pieces of the language that can be broken down and are not even perceived by natural speakers.

What is reasoning? someone help me out
GrogVix [38]

Answer:

Reasoning is the action of thinking about something in a logical, sensible way.

It's often the influence of people's actions. Reasoning can be in your own thoughts, though reasoning may be more obvious. Example of Reasoning:

1- There is a door that leads into a room with fire, and there is a door that leads to the safe outdoors. They chose to go outdoors. Reasoning: The door outside is the safest, easiest option.

2- You have to complete cooking a dinner in 5 hours. You can begin making every course of the meal at once, or you can finish each one at a time. You choose to go step by step. Reasoning: You know doing it all at once will be too stressful, and it would be more efficient to finish each one at a set pace.

Hope this helps :)
