AleksAgata [21]

Answer:

The basic doctrines of early Buddhism, which remain common to all Buddhism, include the four noble truths: existence is suffering (dukhka); suffering has a cause, namely craving and attachment (trishna); there is a cessation of suffering, which is nirvana; and there is a path to the cessation of suffering, the eightfold path of right views, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. Buddhism characteristically describes reality in terms of process and relation rather than entity or substance.

The answer is "an unrepresentative sample".

Biased Sample, otherwise called the Unrepresentative Sample is viewed as a weak analogy.

This fallacy (a misstep, and a legitimate error is a slip-up in thinking) is framed when a man reaches a determination of a populace in light of a measure that is one-sided or biased.

The sample is biased or Unrepresentative somehow because of not having been picked arbitrarily from the population.

Timothy is the defendant in a criminal trial. He has been charged with the murder of his brother, which occurred last Saturday n
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

This statement is an example of An alibi

Explanation:

What is an alibi in a court case?

An alibi is a proof that someone who has been accused or suspected of a particular crime gives as an evidence in court in order to prove that at the time in which the crime was committed the person was in another place away from where the crime was committed.

Timothy says he just knocked off from his shift around 10:00 PM and the crime was committed around 10:05 PM and if he says it takes 20 minutes from where he works to get to where the murder was committed that means he couldn't have made it to that point in just 5 minutes and that is Timothy's alibi which if the court needs to confirm can use cameras around the subway area or any clocking system that Timothy uses to check out at his work place .
