The appropriate response is the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution. This is the area of the Bill of Rights that ensures a resident an expedient trial, a reasonable jury, a lawyer if the charged individual needs one, and the opportunity to stand up to the witnesses who is blaming the litigant for a wrongdoing, which means he or she can see who is making allegations. The Sixth Amendment was presented as a piece of the Bill of Rights into the United States Constitution on September 5, 1789 and was voted in favor of by 9 out of 12 states on December 15, 1791.

She thinks that these government programs, instead of helping people get back on their feet to look for work, are enabling people to laze about and wait for government hand-outs without exerting effort to better their lives.
She beliefs that it is very unfair for people like her to work very hard for her living and see those who are able to work but chose not to relying completely on government assistance.
