width=2*12=24 inches

length= 2feet 6 inches

length= 24+6 =30 inches

Hence the sign has dimensions

width=24 in

length=30 in

Flyers dimensions

width=8 in

length=10 in

Finding Scale factor

length of sign ×scale factor=length of flyer

30×scale factor=10

scale factor=10/30 =1/3 or 1:3
