Government could involved in abortions mainly in two ways:
- First is by determining whether the abortion is legal or illegal in the first place. (in most western countries, abortion is already considered legal eventhough some countries are an exception)
- Second is by whether the government want to allocate some amout of government budget to be allocated into aid for abortion practice.
