Which legal school of thought is illustrated in this dialogue? DONUT DAY AT THE OFFICE Part 4 Lee: Right. Inflexible rules, appl
nadya68 [22]

Answer:

a. Critical legal studies school of thought

Explanation:

As we can see in the text above, the narrator challenges and criticizes the dogmatic and inflexible rules applied to different situations. This is an inherent characteristic of the Critical legal studies school of thought, which was formed by a group of intellectuals who believed that the law has no neutralities and that it is formed from policies that must be questioned and challenged. These schools of thought preached revolt against the norms and standards described as correct in legal theories and practices.

What do you think the biggest obstacle was in Native American and US Government relations?
Marina86 [1]

As a Native American myself i would say,

The new US Government was careful not to antagonize the Indians and sought to treat them with mutual respect.  This is evidenced in early treaties where the term “Red Brothers” was used to convey this sentiment of equality.   By 1800 interaction between the Indian and white settlers had become quite common through trade.  Many Indians traded for household goods, traps and tools.  The US became concerned about the cultural differences and sought to improve the Indian station in life by providing education.  The United States no longer feared the Indian but rather took a paternal position toward the Indians and the treaty language reflected this when the Indian was referred to as “Our Red Children.”
