This pamphlet it was titled "Common Sense". Thomas Paine influence the course of events because his timing was amazing . This pamphlet was released on January 10, 1776 during the American revolution. At this time colonies were trying to gain independence from Britain. "Common sense"written by Thomas Paine reflects an influential major event because The main goal of his writing was to convey people of there theoretical rights of choosing all of their government. This writing helped reveal to people that having colonial independence was possible and that as Americans we must set the example first of being functional without having kings or aristocrats being the source all Judgement.
