<span>The health triangle is made up of the 3 elements of health; physical, mental/emotional, and social. It shows us how things affect us in each aspect, and shows us how we need to try to balance these aspects in our life. It is so difficult for individuals to actually obtain this balance, called wellness, because we constantly have so much going on in our lives and we can't always keep everything balanced.</span>
