Explanation:

As the Constitution of various Republics provide its citizens with the fundamental rights so as they obliged people with some of the fundamental duties. This was done so that the citizens may be ruled properly. However, if anyone is found ignoring or disobeying such duties may be regarded as an offence against the law. Moreover, such people are subject to penalties under the law.
