Answer:

D. african american troops were segregated throughout the war

Explanation:

During World War II, American troops had many black soldiers, but at that time segregation was still very strong and troops with African Americans were segregated.

This segregation was much used in Nazi propaganda, with the aim of convincing black soldiers that life for them would be better in Germany.  The Nazi leaflets emphasized the racism of the United States and questioned why black soldiers were fighting for a country that did not respect them. They also appealed to the emotional of the soldiers, saying that African Americans serve only as cannon fodder. Why not come home and spare the women and children of suffering?

The author was Han Fei Tzu if that's what the question asks. Hen Fei Tzu was known for legalism which focuses on moral law instead of personal religious faith. Meaning the law was important, instead of relationships with the people.

Hen Fei Tzu strongly believed in strict laws, and strict punishment to those who disobeyed.
