The shares allotted as consideration for the purchase becomes part of the issued capital of the company.

serious [3.7K]

Answer:

Over-applied overheads= $54,800.00

Explanation:

Overheads are charged to units produced by the means of using an estimated overhead absorption rate. This rate is computed using budgeted overhead and budgeted activity level.

As a result of this, overhead charged to total units product might be over or under absorbed compared to the actual amount incurred.

Overhead absorption rate = budgeted Overhead/Budgeted labour hours

                                           = $360,000/30,000 direct labour hour

                                            = $12 per hour

Absorbed overhead= OAR× actual labour hours

                                 = 12× 36,000

                                     = 432,000.00

Over absorbed(applied) overhead = is the difference between actual overhead and absorbed

                                $432,000.00 - $377,200

Making sure that data collected on customer trends is organized is one way technology can help a business.
ANTONII [103]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

I would say this statement in TRUE. Here is my reasoning: Data collection is information learned by a business. For example: If you are a moving company and you paid for a TV commercial. Wouldn't you like to know how many people are calling you for moves based on that commercial? Of course. So asking your customers "where did you hear about us?" and hearing "The TV commercial" can identify that not only is your commercial working but that it is paying for itself with the business coming your way. Data collected is a GREAT way to run a business successfully.
