The Chinese have many ceremonial practices. The funeral must be conducted properly and completely as they have beliefs that it will cause them bad luck if done otherwise. The ceremony will lasts for 49 days but the most important days for them is the first 7 days.

The burial practices in Nubia were believed that such traditions were influenced from the culture of Egyptians. The bodies were positioned on their right side having their heads facing the north direction.

The Celts honor the death of people who died in war. The way of their burial practices depends on the tribe they were in, it could be that bodies will be buried or even have it cremated. Celts also believed in reincarnation, the dead bodies wore silver and gold gowns together with jewelries wrapped around the parts of their body.

Doss [256]

Answer:

d. Terry must return the car to EZCar.

Explanation:

A bona fide purchaser is one who purchases or buys a property for value that is deceived or cheated by the seller into entering into a purchase contract without verifying the details.

It is the responsibility of Terry to check and verify all the details before purchasing a property from an unknown person. Terry must check the details of the car that Clark had sold him. Since Terry has unknowingly purchased the car without knowing that the car was a stolen property of EZCar, Terry will not be accused of any charges but he will not have any right of possession of the car. He is deceived by Clark and now Terry will have to return the car to EZCar.

Thus the answer is

d. Terry must return the car to EZCar.
