This is the best option because the comma is not stopping the sentence abruptly. Sentences A and D are definitely incorrect because the placement of the comma is wrong, and thus the entire sentence is awkward due to that stop. Sentence B could be correct, but it is better to place the phrase <em>crowned with a wreath of olive leaves </em>at the beginning of the sentence to help it flow better.
