IN  UAE  the  supreme consist of  president  and other  judges  who  do   not  exceed 5   while  in  India supreme  court consist  of   chief  justice  and 30  other  judges
  In  UAE   the  constitution  divide  the  court   in  tho  two  that  is  the  federal  court  and  the local  court  while In  India   the  constitution divide  the court  into  various  rank  where  the  supreme  court  is  the  highest  rank
