is it normal to feel so lifeless and stuck in a loop after a broken heart? you go through so much abuse and everything as a kid

and you're strong enough to handle that but then as soon as your heart breaks its like all that strength was an illusion... I just want to know what went wrong.. how am I this weak after something so little compared to everything else in my life?
