One of the important aspects of communication to be a successful process is the key of listening any information the way it has been codded. A good listener is someone who not only pays full attention on the information but also analyses it with the same efficiency. This quality enhances and helps in the character and personality building of the person too. Active listening plays an important role in helping in the career as it is a skill which enhances and develops patience and practice of the person.
