After Nixon fired the first special prosecutor, Archibald Cox, for doing too good a job finding stuff out and asking for his tape recordings, Jaworski was asked by Nixon's Chief of Staff to take the job. Once the footage against Nixon began to come about, Jaworski had no hesitation in pursuing all avenues of investigation of the president. When Nixon attempted to quash the subpoena of his tapes, Jaworski asked to argue the case before the Supreme Court. Once the tapes were released, Jaworski was very relieved to find that his conclusions about Nixon's involvement had been validated. Jaworski would resign as special prosecutor after the ruling of U.S. v. Nixon.

Was Nixon convincing? No, he was obviously lying the entire time like most Republican presidents do (in my opinion). He set up burglaries done out by his minions to plant tapes in homes and businesses

Why did Athens have olive oil and wine to trade with other places?
geniusboy [140]

Athens is located in Greece, and Greece is a country that has a Mediterranean climate. The Mediterranean climate, as well as the soil type in Greece, is a natural place for the growth of olive trees and wine trees that produce fruits of high quality. Athens used this, and by making products from both of these trees, olive oil from the olive trees, and wine from the wine trees, they were making a lot of wealth because of this products were in high demand and not many places had the conditions for growing these trees and making products from them. Also Athens was very active in the sea trade and had contacts all over the Mediterranean, and that just opened up a larger market for their products.

Ostrovityanka [42]
To pay these debts, Hamilton proposed that the federal government sell bonds—federal interest-bearing notes—to the public. ... Hamilton designed his “Report on Public Credit” (later called “First Report on Public Credit”) to ensure the survival of the new and shaky American republic.

Diferencia entre juzgar y explicar
Arlecino [84]

Answer:

(English) The only difference between a judgment and an opinion is the existence of evidence to support an opinion therefore making it final or absolute. There is nothing wrong with a judgment of this type, however, the problem arises when we judge others in an aggressive tone.
