Answer:

Explanation:

The terraces were built to make the most efficient use of shallow soil and to enable irrigation of crops by allowing runoff to occur through the outlet. The Inca built on these, developing a system of canals, aqueducts, and puquios to direct water through dry land and increase fertility levels and growth.

Explain the idea of 'western bias'...

Thanks in advance! :)
cricket20 [7]

The concept of 'Western Bias' is the Eurocentric perspective of the west towards other continents such as Africa where in the western view they tend to feel as a more superior race thus creating a bias on how they view the continent. The idea developed due to the historical, political, and military dominance of the West. This was exemplified by historical writers and western philosophies such as Hobbes, and Machiavelli who developed concepts of realism while Locke & Smith developed liberalism.

How was the structure of the Church like that of the feudal system?
algol13
Well, structurally it would be similar with the Pope being the head of the Church, like a King. Then respectively you have the archbishop who rules an ecclesiastical province. Then the bishops rule the diocese that make up the province. In that way, the line of power is similar with King, nobles and peasants.
