This lecture will be fascinating, so get your tickets before they disappear!

This verb mood is the best choice to persuade readers. The other options are not good choices because the used the verbs would, could and/or should. These verbs are not confident words. They allow for positive or negative outcomes. They indicate that something may or may not happen. In a persuasive text, there can be no doubting that something is good or bad, positive or negative. The speaker must be firm and resolute in order to convince the audience on a perspective, idea, or action.

I'd say "This lecture will be fascinating, so get your tickets before they disappear!", but do not quote me on that.

Which is the best inference about Roosevelt’s activities in the years between 1932 and 1935?
algol13

Answer:

He created and developed government programs to support Impoverished Americans

Explanation:

Franklin Delano Roosevelt became the President of the United States in 1932, succeeding President Herbert Hoover who failed to lend support to the sorry situation of the people during the Great Depression.

The Great Depression made millions of Americans become homeless and with no jobs or money. However, Frank D. Roosevelt ensured that "he created and developed government programs to support Impoverished Americans"

This is evident when he created the Works Progress Administration aand the Public Works Administration who combined to change the situations of the poor Americans.

Of the two central characters, the adjutant and Timothy Lean, which man appears to be more "calm and collected?" Defend your ans
lutik1710 [3]
I think Timothy Lean appears more "calm and collected" than the adjutant. Though he did not like doing things he had to do, he performed them well. He searched the corpse to look for his things. He lifted the body, with the help of the adjutant, and laid it on the grave. He said a little prayer over the grave. He continued covering the grave with dirt after the private got shot. He covered the upturned face with earth to completely bury the dead.
