What replaced indentured servitude as time went on?
ddd [48]

Answer: slavery

Explanation: Indentured servitude was in the very infancy of the colonies there were people that would essentially become apprentices in order to make their way in society. With the introduction of chattel slavery there was no longer a need for indentured servitude as they indentured servants would eventually be able to work for their freedom. Slaves were seen as an endless supply of expendable labor which was far cheaper than indentured servants. Hope this helps!

lisabon 2012 [21]

Answer:

How did the revolutionary war affect loyalists, Native Americans, women & slaves? State laws and mob violence prevented most loyalists from returning to their homes after the war. Women gained few political or legal rights as a result of the war. Slaves were freed in the south after 1800.

Answer:

Thank yo for asking this...I was waiting for someone to ask me this.

EXPLANATION: This article examines the extent to which state officials are subject to prosecution in foreign domestic courts for international crimes. We consider the different types of immunity that international law accords to state officials, the reasons for the conferment of this immunity and whether they apply in cases in which it is alleged that the official has committed an international crime. We argue that personal immunity (immunity ratione personae) continues to apply even where prosecution is sought for international crimes
