The highest point in Bhutan is Gangkhar Puensum, 7570 m or 24,836ft. Bhutan is located in the eastern side of the Himalayas. It borders China on the North and India on the South. So yes, the two countries of the Indian perimeter that have a high elevation are Nepal and Bhutan.
