Which qualities of a poem make it easier to memorize

Rhythmic scheme(this is the part that rhymes) and or the catchy part

Sometimes rhyme can stimulate memory's so if you pick up the Rhythm of the poem you may find some parts easier to remember- for me before exams I work on the rhythm because remembering certain parts of the poem can be better than forgetting it all.
