Frederick is a student at Central Fictional State University (CFSU), and he has a great idea for a new business invention. Frede

rick's invention and the business that he plans to found based upon it will absolutely revolutionize the market and will make him very rich. He decides to share his idea with a few of his professors, and he even uses the idea in a research project for one of his classes. Frederick is a new Christian, but his professors at CFSU are not Christians.
While Frederick is at home over summer break he discovers, much to his dismay, that his professors have stolen his idea and have opened a business marketing his new invention. Upon making this discovery, Frederick immediately seeks the advice of the local lawyer who has a reputation for being a "scorched-earth" litigator. Needless to say, this Rambo, "take-no-prisoners" lawyer is not a Christian. He advises Frederick that he should sue the professors "for everything they’ve got."
Assume Frederick comes to you for advice from a Christian perspective. He knows the Bible says something about "love your neighbor" and "turn the other cheek" and "do not resist an evil-doer," but he is just not sure how to make sense of all of this. What is your answer to Frederick?
Use the words "File Suit" or "Do not File Suit" in the subject line of your thread, depending upon your conclusion.

Answer: He should should File a suit.

Explanation:

He should should File a suit.

The new innovation was Frederick's brain child, I believe God gave him this innovative Idea he could change people's lives professionally and even personally. Frederick should only sue the Professors for the use of his innovative idea and the Patents for this innovation to be transferred back to the rightful owner of innovation (Frederick) and not to sue them for everything they have the aim here is to teach/show professors that stealing is wrong and  not to punish.

We should not let evil doers prevail, suing Professors will teach them a lesson that stealing a person's idea is wrong and they should not do it again, if Frederick doesnot sue the professors would probably do it to another student. Frederick's law suit will not only help him but it will actually save a lot of students coming after him which is what Christianity is teach us to do good for other people.

This year Barney purchased 380 shares of Bell common stock for $28.80 per share. At year-end the Bell shares were only worth $3.
vodomira [7]

Answer:

Not entitled

Explanation:

Given that

Number of shares purchased = 380 shares

Par value of share = $28.80 per share

Worth per share = $3.60 per share

By considering the above information, the Barney is not eligible for the deduction as there is no share is sold i.e only purchase value of the share and the worth per share is given.

So,  he is not entitled to any loss this year
