In The Kiss, the artist Roden expressed the feeling of love, while the artist Brancusi expressed the idea of love.
Both of these are quite famous sculptures portraying love, be it just as a feeling or idea. While Roden's sculpture is rather more modern, depicting human figures the way they actually look, Brancusi's sculpture is more abstract and resembling Mayan architecture and art.

Vlad [161]

Answer:

Lots of artists prefer anonymity in order to create an air of mystery to their work, which makes more people curious to its roots. This also protects the artist from controversy that might follow them in their professional and personal lives, especially if their art is based on advocacy or their political views.

(Example Answer) The mystery of anonymous work makes the art more appealing to those who appreciate it because of the idea that the average person can make something so moving and inspiring.
