The answer
is fertile land. The Uruguay has a fertile
land so they have rich in agricultural activity generated directly 13 percent
of GDP and have a half the value of export. The single largest investment in
cattle herds was complete, methods facilitated livestock raising because little
investment was required. But these methods also limited the carrying capacity
of the land and the size of the stock.
The Canadian government contracted the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1880. It was constructed over the next 5 years to connect eastern Canada with British Columbia.
