I think 1,2,3 are all the answers.

At first I thought it was only 1, but note cards have many purposes. For example, some speeches are too long to memorize so 3 can be applied there. 2 can be applied for those who can be sidetracked. 1 because if you write in bullet points it makes that person's life so much easier.
