Middle America refers to the states to the south of the US and specifically Mexico, the states of Central America and Islands near Central America. Venezuela does not belong to those states; It is part of South America and it is quite far from the other areas, relative to the distance between them.
Venezuela is a land on the northern seaboard of South America with assorted natural attractions. Adjacent with its Caribbean coast is tropical resort islands including Isla de Margarita and the Los Roques archipelago. To the northwest are the Andes Mountains and the colonial town of Mérida, a center for touring Sierra Nevada National Park. Caracas, the capital, is to the north.
