I'm not sure what to do here but by plugging in the values and solving you would get 8.

You can get this after you plug in each value and multiply, you can either add 3 to 8 and get 12, and then subtract 3 to get 8.

Or you can also subtract 3 from 8 to get 5 and add three to get 8.

Hope this helps!

Please help. The correct and best answer gets brainiest! 29 points!!
attashe74 [19]

Answer:(15, 100)

Step-by-step explanation:

first find the coordinates of the point above (3, 20)

you just look at the x axis and where the point is in this case x would be 6 and then you find y which would be 40

so the coordinate would be (6, 40)

now subtract (6, 40) by (3, 20)

6-3= 3

40- 20= 20

you get the first coordnites which is what you add (12,80) to

12 +3= 15

80+ 20= 100

you get the coordinates (15, 100)

Write an equation of the circle with center (2,-3) and radius 8.
Paul [167]

Answer:

(x-2)^2+ (y+3)^2 = 64

Step-by-step explanation:

We can write the equation of a circle as

(x-h)^2+ (y-k)^2 = r^2

Where (h,k) is the center and r is the radius

(x-2)^2+ (y- -3)^2 = 8^2

(x-2)^2+ (y+3)^2 = 8^2

(x-2)^2+ (y+3)^2 = 64

If m∠CED = 56° and m∠AEB = (7x – 8)° then what is m∠BEC?
fredd [130]

Using the definition of angles on a straight line, the measure of angle BEC is: 62°.

What are Angles on a Straight Line?

Angles that lie on a straight line add up to 180 degrees.

Thus, given that EB bisects ∠AEC, therefore:

m∠BEC = 1/2(180 - m∠CED)

Plug in the values

m∠BEC = 1/2(180 - 56)

m∠BEC = 1/2(124)

m∠BEC = 62°

Thus, using the definition of angles on a straight line, the measure of angle BEC is: 62°.
