Well, first you would put weather you agree or disagree, (personally I agree.)
Then you put what you think the deeper meaning of the quote is. Here's what I think:
I think the deeper meaning of the quote is people may hear what you say but your attitude may tell them otherwise, like if you say you don't like someone but you blush and look down.
